Take a sip of this Pomegranate Mimosa during your next holiday brunch. We love making a big pitcher of these to place at the table.
- 1 cup pomegranate juice
- 1 750-ml bottle chilled champagne
- In a large pitcher combine the pomegranate juice and champagne. Serve immediately.
Garnish your glasses with fresh pomegranate seeds. A nice sparkling wine can be used instead of champagne.
