A video recording of a woman at an airport attempting to "fold" her dog to make it fit into a significantly smaller carrier than what could be considered "appropriate" has garnered heavy backlash from internet users around the world. Fortunately, an airport employee was having none of it. Please note that the video might be difficult to watch.

The video was shared to TikTok, which has gathered hundreds of thousands of views as well. That translated, of course, to thousands of comments blasting the "dog-folding" woman. The woman is shown sitting at one of the airport's gates before boarding her flight alongside her dog. The dog appears to be a goldendoodle of sorts — adorable regardless.
Immediately, an airport employee approaches the woman and asks her about the dog and the carrier. The employee tells the woman that the dog needs to have room to be able to move. This possibly implied that the employee had already noticed the small carrier that the woman pretended to use.
The woman then, shockingly, revealed the pink carrier, which was, of course, extremely tiny. She grabs her furry pup and, wildly, appears to fold the dog to make it fit. Heartbreakingly, the woman shoves the dog's head down so that the lovely "pupper" fits in the minuscule bag. The employee, of course, wasn't having any of it.
"You can't fly like that. The dog has to be able to move a full circle, which she cannot do in that carrier," the employee told the woman. The woman, however, insisted that the bag was fine and that her dog was able to move. The dog was, in fact, not able to move. A back-and-forth ensued, with the employee telling the woman that someone needed to bring her a bigger carrier.
Boarding Denied
While the video cuts, the TikTok user who shared the video, deltababe73, wrote "boarding denied," implying that the woman wasn't allowed on the plane.
Of course, people in the comments were outraged by the woman's attempt to defy the laws of physics and, one might say, humanity.
"I knew before she stuffed her in there, that carrier too little," one user wrote. Others joined the sentiment by saying, "They think they can do whatever they want as usual," "That's a lunch bag," and even, "Tired of humans and their captive animals trying to bend the rules."
"She knew dam well that carrier was to small for that dog when she bought it. She was banking on nobody callin' that bluff," another user commented.
Other users, apparently fed up with people taking their dogs everywhere they go, also expressed their frustrations.
"Can yall leave yall dogs at home or drive? In the restaurants, grocery stores, planes and trains. It's out of hand," one user wrote. "I'm not a dog hater by no means, but the grocery stores, the gas stations, airports all that ish gotta stop," another one commented.
Finally, in a more lighthearted comment, one user even came up with a brilliant business idea. "I'm going to open a kiosk in the airport and sell dog carriers in all sizes," the user wrote. "Don0t nobody try and steal my idea either." Now, if that means that passengers will not try to stuff their dogs into their tiny little carrier bags, then "shut up and take my money."
