Pioneer Woman star Ree Drummond's foster son allegedly had a rough time with police, reportedly being arrested for drug possession and assaulting an officer.

23-year-old Jamar Goff was arrested at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and later detained at Jefferson County Jail on Sept. 15, Page Six reports. In addition to the above-mentioned charges. Goff was reportedly charged with attempting to elude a police officer and drug paraphernalia possession. The outlet added that Goff, who became part of the Pioneer Woman circle back in 2018, had his bond set at $37,000.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, officers responding to a call about a suspicious person on the University of Alabama at Birmingham campus discovered Goff shirtless, sleeping close to a fountain. The outlet reported that when police questioned him, he told them he was hanging out, waiting for someone to sell him "ice," which is slang for methamphetamine, according to TMZ.
The police decided to let Goff go. However, they later realized he had an existing warrant for his arrest and decided to find and detain him.
Eventually, police reportedly caught up with Goff, and he ran, per court documents. Police managed to catch up with him and put him under arrest. Goff was transported to a hospital for observation, where he allegedly slapped an officer. Police also allegedly found a glass pipe and 1.8 grams of meth on Goff's person.

While Drummond and her husband took in Goff as a teen, he's reportedly currently homeless. So far, the beloved Pioneer Woman personality hasn't weighed in on the reported arrest.
Goff doesn't pop up on Drummond's Pioneer Woman Instagram very often. One of her last posts featuring the young man celebrated a milestone.
"With Jamar, there's a whole universe going on in that mind and heart and soul of his. It's a beautiful thing to behold," she wrote alongside a sweet snapshot of the two together back in October 2023.
"I can't wait to watch his future unfold;I know it will be filled with good things. I love you, Jamar!!" she added.
Meanwhile, Drummond is also the mother of her biological children, Alex, Paige, Bryce, and Todd
