Best-Actor Nominee Paul Giamatti Looks So In Love With Girlfriend Clara Wong on Oscars Red Carpet

The actor is nominated for Best Actor for 'The Holdovers'

The stars have gathered on the red carpet at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles for the 96th Academy Awards. The red carpet is full of incredible fashion this year, ranging from Best Actress nominee Emma Stone to Best Supporting Actress nominee Emily Blunt and her husband John Krasinski. Best Actor nominee Paul Giamatti has had longtime girlfriend Clara Wong by his side throughout this year's awards season, so naturally, she was on his arm for the biggest night of the year.

Giamatti wore a dapper black tuxedo for the occasion, which was perfectly complimented by Wong's silver gown. The long-sleeved dress was covered in head-to-toe sequins, paired with a black evening bag and strappy sandals. Wong completed her look by wearing her hair down straight with a silver, smokey eye. The couple was all smiles as they posed for photos together on the red carpet, with the camera capturing a few sweet moments of the Oscar-nominee looking lovingly at his supportive girlfriend.

Wong and Giamatti first met on the set of his Showtime series, "Billions," though it's unclear when their relationship actually began. They have been arm in arm at all of this year's big awards moments, from the Critic's Choice Awards to the Golden Globes, where they famously enjoyed some In-N-Out Burger afterward with Giamatti's Golden Globe sitting on the table. He also took home a Best Actor win at Critic's Choice, beating the heavily favored Cillian Murphy, who was nominated for "Oppenheimer" and took home a Best Actor -Drama win at the Golden Globes.

Giamatti is nominated for Best Actor in "The Holdovers," his second film with director Alexander Payne. It's his second Oscars nomination following his Best Supporting Actor nod in 2006 for "Cinderella Man."
