The Babygirl actress was seen with a man outside her hotel in Portofino, Italy, on Saturday, July 18. The 59-year-old actress was dressed in a sexy cream camisole and matching skirt, getting close to Michael Reinstein, a private equity investor.
Who Is Michael Reinstein?
As reported by Page Six, Reinstein and Kidman couldn't stop smiling during their meetup. The founder of Regent, a global equity firm, wore a blue shirt, sunglasses, and shorts.
The businessman is a Los Angeles native who founded Regent in 2013. Reinstein serves as its chairman and chief investment officer. He is also the co-founder of the USN television network. His relationship status isn't known.
Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban Split in September
Kidman filed for divorce from Urban in September, citing irreconcilable differences. The couple was married for 19 years. The divorce became official in January.
Kidman and Urban had apparently worked out all the details of their split before the filing.
The parents have waived any spousal and child support. They will also keep their own assets, suggesting the couple had a prenuptial agreement.
The couple also agreed to a parenting plan and co-parenting classes. Their daughters, Sydney Rose and Faith Margaret, will spend 59 days a year with Urban. The rest of the year, they will reside with Kidman. Both parents will jointly make major decisions about education and health care.
During an interview back in March, Kidman talked about the importance of family.
"What I'm grateful for is my family and keeping them as is and moving forward. That's that," she said. "Everything else I don't discuss out of respect. I'm staying in a place of, 'We are a family,' and that's what we'll continue to be. My beautiful girls, my darlings, who are suddenly women."
Urban reportedly has been trying to stay connected to his children after his high-profile divorce.
Back in March, we shared that Urban is struggling with the distance between him and his family. He is optimistic about maintaining his relationship with his children, even as the dynamics of it have significantly shifted.
