New details have emerged on the sudden death of beloved wrestler Benjamin Satterley, known as Pac and Neville in WWE.

A partially redacted incident report from the Des Plaines Police Department, obtained by USA TODAY Sports, details that a person called authorities for someone "unconscious and unresponsive, slumped over, in a vehicle" in the parking lot of a Cava in the city of Des Plaines, Illinois, near O'Hare International Airport on Sunday, Sept. 27.
Satterley allegedly had saliva on the front of his shirt and medication in his car when authorities found him dead in the restaurant's parking lot.
An incident report filed by the Des Plaines Police Department noted that a search of Satterley's pockets and backpack did not reveal any notable findings.
The specific medication was redacted in the documents.
Responding police noted that they "did not find any injuries or suspicious markings on him besides what appeared to be saliva on the front of his shirt."
Police Unveil New Details on Benjamin Satterley's Death
Police stated that the former WWE star was found dead in a rental car and that Google Maps was open on his phone, routing him to O'Hare International Airport.
The day before his death, Satterly, known as Pac, wrestled Andrade El Idolo for the AEW National Championship at All Out on Saturday, Sept. 26. The event was held at NOW Arena in Hoffman Estates, Illinois, roughly 22 miles west of where he died.
When his phone started buzzing, police spoke with someone close to Satterley. Documents redacted the person's name and relationship.
The woman said she last spoke to the cruiserweight fighter at 1:20 PM local time and said he was going to Cava for lunch. The Englishman's flight home to the United Kingdom was delayed.
Satterley's death is still under investigation. The Cook County Medical Examiner's Office told USA TODAY Sports an autopsy was performed on Monday, Sept. 28. A cause of death has not been revealed and could take several weeks due to additional testing, the outlet reported.
Benjamin Satterley Achieved Stardom in WWE and AEW
Sattereley joined AEW in 2019 and won multiple championships with the promotion.
Before joining AEW, Satterley spent six years with WWE.
During his WWE tenure, Satterley won two NXT tag team championships and was once crowned NXT Champion.
He was also a two-time Cruiserweight Champion.
After his death, several WWE and AEW alumni have shared tributes honoring the wrestling great.
AEW World Champion Will Ospreay praised Satterley and described his fellow Englishman as a hero.
"The greatest export from our country. Also the greatest human being. Honoured to have shared the ring with you so many times. You truly are such a hero to myself and many others."
