The Daily Mail reported that Vittorio Pirbazari, known for playing Daher Tarik in Dogs of Berlin and Abu in Jokah & Tutty, had recently suffered a right pectoral muscle tear. He underwent surgery to reattach his muscle and was recovering from the procedure.

In his last post, dated March 30, which has been flooded by mourning fans, Pirbazari talked about his recovery and posted a picture of his physical state.

"My current form after 12 weeks without exercise or much exercise," Pirbazari wrote. "Clearly no comparison to earlier, but on the right path for the given circumstances. Of course, the torn chest is hanging a little."
"I haven't been able to pull much exercise for the last 3 months, but I worked hard on my diet. Unfortunately, I've put on a lot of muscle, but that'll all come back when I can hit the gas again in the fall. For now, I'm happy to be back in the gym and put all the focus on leg training and cardio."

Chillingly, Pirbazari wrote that he was trying working out at the treadmill but stated that his legs weren't completely healed yet at the moment. "I'm taking it slow," he added. "The important thing for me is only one thing, not to give up and let go and to get better day by day, week by week."
