Prankster Pulls Off Stunt in Joe Biden Mask
According to a Monday (October 19) report from Fox 4 News, a masked individual walked up to a home in Watauga, Texas, as an apparent prank. To make the situation even more bizarre, the person was wearing a Joe Biden mask. The individual ate a banana in front of the stranger's Nest doorbell camera before walking off into the night. The person was also wearing a "Freedom" T-shirt, a style popularized by late right-wing activist and Turning Point USA co-founder Charlie Kirk. He was assassinated while speaking at Utah Valley University in 2025.
The clip drew reactions from users on social media.
**"**Weird.....my own overnight doorbell experience wasn't a banana but weird AF....wtf is wrong with people????????," one person wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter.
"Tell Steve Egar he's late for his newscast and get back to the studio!" a second user chimed in.
"I swear, something is going on this month! All the crazy, weirdness, perverseness, envy, gossip, etc. is all coming out of ppl all at once," a third user remarked.
Following the incident, Watauga police said that as bizarre as the incident was, the unidentified individual did not commit a crime in the video.
"Although the individual's choice of attire and snack may have raised a few eyebrows, neither appears to have violated the law at this time," the Watauga Police Department said in a statement (via Fox 4 News). "And while we can't explain the costume, the banana, or the apparent political identity crisis, we can confirm that being bizarre is not, in itself, a criminal offense."
They also added:
"The Watauga Police Department takes these types of reports seriously, however, and we encourage residents to continue reporting suspicious activity, even when the circumstances are a little bananas."
