Dierks Bentley is heading to jail, and he is bringing Pearl Jam's Mike McCready with him.

As reported by The Tennessean, Bentley is headlining the inaugural Justice Jam in Nashville. The festival will support the work of the Tennessee Innocence Project and the Washington Innocence Project.
The two organizations work to free the wrongly convicted and strengthen the justice system through policy reform and public education.
Who Is Performing At Justice Jam?
Jason Gicher, the executive director of the Tennessee Innocence Project, said that Justice Jam is about using the "power of Nashville's music community" to help create "real, tangible freedom for people who have run out of options."
"We are honored to bring this stage together with our partners at the Washington Innocence Project and to show what's possible when artists lend their voice to justice," he added.
Joining Bentley and McCready will be The McCrary Sisters, Terri Clark, Angie K, Jaid Joice, Bobby Messano, and other surprise guests.
"I can't wait," shared McCready. "Music has given me so much. Anytime I can use it to help somebody else or shine a light on something that matters, that's a pretty great day."

Tickets for Justice Jam go on sale tomorrow, Sep. 10, at justicejam.com. The concert takes place on Oct. 27 at Cannery Hall in Nashville.
Of course, Justice Jam isn't the only way Bentley gives back. Last year, he announced the launch of the Broken Branches Fund, in partnership with Music Health Alliance. Bentley pledged a multi-year financial commitment to help provide mental health resources to the creative and touring communities.
The idea came while he was working on his latest album, which shares the initiative's name.
"Making this album and prepping for the tour, I was reminded of all of the sacrifices in country music," said Bentley. "From all the songwriters on Music Row that are in a room right now, banging away at a song down on paper, or all of the folks out here on the road with us. They sacrifice time away from their families. It can definitely be very isolating at times.
"So I created the Broken Branches Fund, in partnership with my friends at Music Health Alliance. It's a way to really address the mental health needs. I'm really excited about it. It feels like we can help our friends in a really direct and intentional way."
