Corpus Christi fisherman Eric Ozolins caught a massive 13-foot-long hammerhead shark while fishing on the coast of Padre Island over the weekend.
"It was caught on Padre Island, and an hour and 15 minute fight on an 80W with a hammered drag," Ozolins wrote on Facebook.
According to Ozolins', Facebook removed his post with the photos for violating the company's terms and policies.
"Apparently removing a post regarding nature, sport, and scientific research is prioritized over graphic violence, terroristic threats, and racism," wrote Ozolins in a response.
According to mysanantonio.com, Ozolins says he'll post a video of the incredible catch soon. Sounds like it was one heckuva fight, as this is one monster of a shark. Hammerheads can grow up to 19 feet, so this is considered one of the larger specimens.
