According to TMZ, the 45-year-old checked himself into hospital roughly two hours after suffering a knockout loss to internet personality Supa Hot Fire on Saturday.

The bout took place at Brand Risk 14, an influencer boxing event founded by streamer Adin Ross.

MMA Knockout Sends Ray J to Hospital

TMZ reported that Ray J, whose real name is William Ray Norwood Jr., has remained hospitalized for two days following the fight.

Doctors are reportedly conducting tests to determine whether the singer suffered a concussion during the knockout.

The report also claims that Norwood has experienced issues involving his heart rate slowing down.

The musician previously dealt with health complications earlier this year, when he was hospitalized with what he described as "heart issues and pneumonia."

Norwood stepped into the cage against Supa Hot Fire at the UFC Apex over the weekend.

The fight ended in the second round after Supa Hot Fire delivered a knockout finish.

Footage showed Norwood appearing hurt early in the round before seemingly losing consciousness while still standing.

He then stumbled into the ropes before collapsing onto the canvas.

Knockout Goes Viral at Influencer MMA Event

Clips of the knockout quickly spread across social media, with one post on X attracting more than 1.5 million views.

Supa Hot Fire is 10 years younger than Norwood.

During a post-fight interview, Ray J made several bizarre comments that appeared to accuse his opponent of abandoning a supposed plan to stage the fight.

He described the move as "janky as f—-k".

The hospitalization comes months after Norwood made concerning comments about his health while speaking publicly during a previous hospital stay.

"2027 is definitely a wrap for me," he said earlier this year. "That's what they say."

"I shouldn't have went this hard, bro. My baby mama gonna be straight, my kids gonna be straight, if they wanna spend all the money, they can spend it. I did my part here."

"And d--n, when it's all done, burn me, don't bury me."

Norwood also gave a shoutout to his parents and sister, Brandy, claiming they helped take him to the doctor and covered his bills "for the rest of the year."
