Miranda Lambert took to the Late Night With Seth Meyers stage on Tuesday, Dec. 6 to perform her latest single, "We Should Be Friends."

The song is the second single from her highly-praised album, The Weight of These Wings. The record  has received rave reviews and gained her Grammy nominations as well.

Meyers called out the news of Lambert's Grammy noms to his audience before she took the stage. The country singer's previous single, "Vice," is up for Best Country Solo Performance and Best Country Song. Earlier that day, Lambert shared her excitement on her Instagram with a photo of a puppy and a bottle of vodka. Yup, sounds like Miranda Lambert.

This amazing performance just further proves why Lambert earned two nominations. Not only is she a phenomenal performer, but she continuously releases refreshing and honest country music. "We Should Be Friends" manages to be unique while also fitting with the feel and theme of her latest album, a surprisingly cohesive collection of 24 tracks.

Lambert will be keeping busy this winter. To promote the album, she'll be on tour from January through March before picking back up with shows in August.
