When Miranda Lambert isn't on tour or performing on her Velvet Rodeo Las Vegas residency, she and husband Brendan McLoughlin spend time on their sprawling Tennessee farm. According to Hello! magazine, the property is located one hour south of Nashville and boasts 400 acres of land. The singer bought the property in 2016 for $3.4 million, and among the grounds are three residences, a lake and boathouse, horse stables and plenty of open spaces.
Lambert sometimes posts photos and videos from her home — usually pictures of her many pets — but she hasn't shared too many corners of the home with fans. The room fans are most accustomed to seeing is her kitchen, which features a mix of white and sea foam green cabinets, butcher block countertops, white subway tile and a vintage-style green refrigerator.
The kitchen has been seen in pictures and videos of Lambert's daily life as well as promotions for her various brands, including her Wanda June home collection. Of course, Lambert often calls her kitchen the "Pretty B*tchin' Kitchen," echoing the name of her cookbook released April.
The other area of the home fans mostly see is the outdoor grounds. Lambert often showcases the rolling hills of her property when posting photos of her dogs or of regular, everyday activities. Other photos show that Lambert has a vintage trailer on the property, and some photos and video clips show a pool on the property as well.
Lambert also has a passion for horses, and she owns multiple horses that she keeps on her property. She has showcased her horses and barn a few times.
Lambert and her husband have lived at their Tennessee ranch since they were married in 2019. In a recent post in which she announced the passing of her dog, Thelma, Lambert called the home her one of her "happiest places on earth." The farm is also where she and McLoughlin lived together during the COVID-19 lockdown of 2020, and she says they got to know one another much better during that time.
"We didn't date very long before we got married. And so we sort of got to just really, really, really get to know each other," Lambert said on SiriusXM's The Highway [quote via CountryNow.] "'Cause it was just us two with no distraction, at my farm outside of Nashville. And so I was really thankful for it because it made us really strong."
Lambert finished up the latest leg of her Velvet Rodeo Las Vegas residency this past month, and she will resume the show in November and December.
