Despite conquering the country music charts once again with her album Wildcard and finding true love with new husband Brendan McLoughlin, Miranda Lambert keeps dreaming big. With Music City and matrimony success a given, the 35-year-old singer and songwriter may just bring her talents to Hollywood and Broadway.
"I have so many dreams left. I'm starting to set a new set of goals for myself, and more of them are personal now than they ever were, because I was so career-driven early on," she told ABC on the Red Carpet during the 2019 CMA Awards.
She went on to explain goals for transitioning her touring stage production to theater and film, complete with a short pitch for what should be the best animated movie character since Glen Campbell voiced the lead character in Rock A Doodle or Blake Shelton's transformation into an Ugly Doll.
"I would like to write for a Broadway musical, I think that would be a cool thing that I've never done before," she said. "Also maybe a voice-over in a cartoon movie, maybe a little redneck fish in Nemo or something. Whatever they'll have me do."

Lambert took the red carpet for the Nov. 13 awards show with her policeman husband, whom she'd married earlier this year in a secret ceremony. Later that evening, she performed "It All Comes Out in the Wash" for a captive audience at Nashville's Bridgestone Arena.
Whatever happens in the future, it sounds like McLoughlin is happily along for a wild ride.
"My husband is very open and happy to travel and could be ready to go anywhere in 15 minutes," Lambert told People. "I love that. Kind of met a kindred spirit there."
"He's a really positive, upbeat person, so that's good for me because I tend to lean negative — we Scorpios do — so we're a good balance," Lambert adds, as quoted by MSN.
Regardless of whether she transitions from the Country Music Awards in Tennessee to the Academy Awards in Tinseltown as a redneck fish, Lambert will continue her country music career in early 2020 with a string of concert dates billed as the Wildcard Tour.
