Minnesota Farmer Creates ‘Candy Combine’ to Spread Joy

Minnesota corn farmer Tom Konz has devised a clever way to spread joy around his home state. Four years ago, Konz bought a 1967 John Deere combine and rigged it up to shoot candy at parades. He calls it the Candy Combine.

You can imagine how excited kids get when they see buckets of candy shoot out of the combine. In this video by KARE11, you can see Konz' Candy Combine in action.

Konz says he spends roughly $130 on candy, but it's more than worth it for him. "I think I'm smiling more than the kids," he said.

Heck, if I was still a kid I'd lose it over this thing.
