Ingredients
- 3 oz tequila
- 1 1/2 oz Cointreau
- 1 lime, squeezed
- 1/2 oz olive brine
- lime wedges and olives
Instructions
- In a shaker filled with ice add the tequila, Cointreau, lime juice, and olive brine. Shake 15 seconds then drain into a martini glass. Garnish with lime and olives.
Notes
Rim the glass with salt to add another layer of flavor.
We like to use green Spanish olives for this recipe.
