Police are investigating a situation after a Mexican bodybuilder took himself to the restroom of a bar and allegedly committed suicide.

Grishall Disner, 23, had a fantastic future ahead of him in his bodybuilding career. At his young age, he was in fantastic physical shape. Already he had won the Mr. America Jr and Mr Mexico Jr titles in the +90kg category in 2023, and the Absoluto Mr. CDMX Jr championship.
However, it appears the pressures of his lifestyle had taken a heavy toll on his mental health. While drinking in Kows Bar in CDMX he took his own life.
The friends of the Mexican bodybuilder reported that they had been enjoying the evening when he took himself to the restroom. They knew he had been carrying a gun that night, but thought nothing of it. However, when they heard two gunshots come from the bathroom, they rushed in to see what happened.
Here, they found Disner with gunshot wounds to the stomach and head. The bar was immediately cleared, and police launched their investigation into the death of the bodybuilder.

The death of the Mexican Bodybuilder was initially deemed a suicide. He had allegedly not himself not once, but twice. The police are combing through surveillance footage for more evidence of what happened.
Disner is also the son of the homicide commander for the Mexico City Attorney General's Office, adding to the situation. But, beyond this, he was a role model and coach for many people who aspired to get to his level of fitness.
Across his social media pages words of love and support have poured in. He was clearly a well-loved man. His career as a Mexican bodybuilder put him on a lot of radars.
In a heartfelt message on his Instagram, one fan shows their support. "I love you my Coach ?? ?? In our hearts you will always live and whoever is afraid of dying should not be born ?? I love you for life."
It is often hard to know what someone is going through in their private life. Despite appearing to be a man in full physical health, Disner was clearly suffering behind closed doors.
