Grant Show has revealed that he was once bitten by a jealous boyfriend. No, he wasn't fooling around with someone he shouldn't have been. Instead, the Melrose Place star had simply offered out a handshake.

"I was at a nightclub," Show said, while attending a panel that was moderated by PEOPLE. ""It was a couple sitting behind me. She was a fan of the show and a fan of Jake's and she kept paying a lot of attention to me."
Show continued by noting that the fan's boyfriend didn't seem very happy. Of course, that led Show to try to be polite when interacting.
"I said, 'My name is Grant. What's your name?' He took my hand, bit it," Show continued. "So I took my hand back."
You read that right. The boyfriend took his hand and then took a bite.
It's highly unlikely that Show is the only celebrity who has encountered a jealous boyfriend or girlfriend in their time. Most celebrities are attractive, so it makes sense that when they meet their fans, some feelings can get hurt along the way. Still, things could have been far worse for Show, so while it's weird to say, he certainly got lucky in this interaction.
Grant Show Last Worked on Television in 2022
We haven't seen Show in recent years. In fact, his last on-air role came as Blake Carrington on Dynasty. He held that role for five years, appearing in 108 episodes between 2017 and 2022. According to IMDB, Show has no work in the pipeline, either.
Show has been part of multiple big television productions. He also played Spence Westmore in Devious Maids, appearing in 49 episodes. That show ran for three years, between 2013 and 2016.
Who knows, maybe being bitten by a fan led Show to begin looking for other lines of work. After all, you can only roll the dice so many times before calling it quits.
Still, at 64 years old, there's still plenty of time for Show to return to our television screens. However, we will have to wait and see what capacity that would be, should it happen.
