Meghan Linsey Performs 'Tennessee Whiskey' on 'The Voice' [WATCH]

Nashville favorite Meghan Linsey dedicated her performance to her country fans and supporters.

Meghan Linsey earned rave reviews for her performance of George Jones song "Tennessee Whiskey" during The Voice's semi-final competition on May 11.

The singer and former member of Steel Magnolia has had strong performances throughout the season which has carried her to the end stages of the show. Linsey has had strong support from friends and major country stars like Little Big Town.

She originally chose to be a member of Pharrell's team at the ginning of the competition but was stolen by Blake Shelton after facing elimination. She is now the only remaining member of Team Blake left on the show, and her mentor shared his happiness over his choice after her performance.

"I can't even contain myself right now because I know what just happened. That was so special," Shelton said. "You just engaged all the country music fans out there across the country, and you've already engaged all the new fans you've made through your journey so far. That is by far your most important performance on this show so far." Linsey also earned praise from George Jones' daughter Georgette, who tweeted her support after her performance.
