Jeopardy! finally found its footing with Ken Jennings after a turbulent few years without Alex Trebek. It took some time to get to this point, even utilizing dual hosting between Ken and actress Mayim Bialik. It seemed like the pairing would work and allowed for fresh takes on the show without getting into monotony. However, she left pretty abruptly amidst the SAG-AFTRA strike. Now that the iconic game show is settled in with their host of the future, would she ever take on another game show afterwards?

Recently, Bialik spoke with the Hollywood Reporter in promotion of her Night Court reboot appearance. There, she talks about her career from Big Bang Theory to her brief spell hosting Jeopardy! with Ken Jennings. When the publication asks if she would ever take on another game show opportunity, Mayim mostly deflects towards gratitude for the chance to take over from Alex Trebek. "The time that I had on Jeopardy! was so sacred and so special, and I have such tremendous respect for our writers — obviously, my support of the writers' strike showed that," she says.

"So for me, that was a really special opportunity to be part of such an iconic show, and such an iconic piece of game show history. I feel very satisfied with my time there and miss it a lot. I loved being there," Mayim added.
Bialik plays it pretty neutral and bipartisan here. She doesn't exactly reject the idea of taking over another gig. But she also seems incredibly satisfied at the idea of Jeopardy! being a one-off experience in her resume. Producers seem content with this as well. They admit that her withdrawal during the writer's strike and Ken stepping up to the plate essentially landed him the job. "And then Mayim, which was absolutely her right, elected not to cross the picket line during the [SAG-AFTRA] strike. And as Ken got more reps, I think he got better and he earned the job," the producer said in an interview with Rolling Stone.
