Massive Cruise Ship Brawl Ends With Dozens On Do Not Sail List

No, not a joke, this is absolutely real. After spending a week relaxing on a cruise ship, a brawl broke out as passengers disembarked. Accordingly, dozens were placed on the do-not-sail list afterwards. But the question that remains unanswered is why?

Brawl Broke Out

Trust me, I'm just as surprised as you are. Apparently, a brawl broke out amongst passengers of a Carnival Cruise ship. Yeah, I don't know either. Personally, if I'd just spent the better part of a week drinking and sailing the open seas, I wouldn't have the energy for a fight. But I guess that's just me.

The ship in question docked in Galveston, Texas, on Saturday. As passengers started to disembark, well, you guessed it, a fight broke out. Thanks to Trelle Ray, we can see some of the chaos ensue. Trelle posted a reel of the fight on her

Facebook account.

Now I myself am not a UFC commentator, but this looks like a proper scrap. Multiple passengers appear to discard barriers on their way to pummel one specific passenger. I don't know why this man was thrown to the ground either. In fact, I don't know much of why any of this was going on.

What I do know is that multiple security guards came to break up the brawl. Plus, suitcases can be seen in the video sprawled all over the place. Someone must've said something crazy.

Dozens On Do-Not-Sail List

After the chaos finally stopped, several passengers wound up on the do-not-sail list. Actually, 24 passengers, to be exact. Which only makes sense. I don't know what that looked like to you, but I'd call what was happening on the ramp a hazard. Aggressive people shouldn't be on cruises anyway. Those things are supposed to be chock-full of families and grandparents. Maybe the odd young kid trying to bankrupt the boat's free alcohol policy.

A Carnival Cruise spokesperson chatted with The Post after the brawl, saying, "The incident occurred in the debarkation area under the authority of U.S. Customs and Border Patrol." He elaborated, saying, "The matter was turned over to law enforcement. We will not tolerate such behavior."

One person in the brawl even got arrested. I didn't know I'd be saying this about a cruise line, but stay safe out there, folks.
