Marie Osmond's Children: Meet the Singer's 8 Kids

Marie Osmond has been a household name since the '70s when she went into the family business of music. After her brothers gained worldwide fame with their musical group The Osmonds, she had her own solo career. She also formed a duet partnership with her brother Donny Osmond.

In the mid-'70s, when they were just teens, Marie and her brother even got their own reality show, Donny & Marie. At the time, the co-hosts were the youngest entertainers on television to host their own variety show. She catapulted to fame in Hollywood overnight and has since had a successful music career with the hit song "Paper Roses." She's also appeared on Dancing With The Stars and most recently joined the CBS talk show The Talk.

Over the years, the Utah native has been married three times, twice to Stephen Lyle Craig and once to Brian Blosil. Across her two husbands and three marriages, Osmond has had a total of eight children.

Earlier this year, Osmond shared on The Talk that she doesn't plan to leave her fortune behind for her children. Instead, she wants them to know the value of hard work.

"I'm not leaving any money to my children. Congratulations, kids," Osmond said. "My husband and I decided that you do a great disservice to your children to just hand them a fortune because you take away the one most important gift you can give your children, and that's the ability to work."

Here's a closer look at each of Marie Osmond's children.

1. Stephen James Craig

Osmond's son Stephen is the oldest from her first husband Craig. She married Steve Craig in 1983 and they divorced two years later. Stephen actually helped his mother reconcile with her ex-husband and they got remarried. Stephen and his wife Claire have three children together — Stephen Jr., Christian and Maxwell.

Stephen was adopted by Marie's second husband, so he technically goes by Stephen Blosil. He released his own album, That's What You Get, and had a brief acting career. He appeared in the 1989 film It Nearly Wasn't Christmas with his uncle Wayne.

2. Rachael Krueger

Her daughter Rachael Blosil, now married to Gabriel Krueger, is one of two biological children to come from Osmond's second marriage to Brian Blosil. Rachael didn't have any interest in becoming a country music performer like other members of the Osmond family. She became a hairdresser and had a stint as a costume designer.

3. Matthew Blosil

Born in 1999, Matthew was the second biological child to come from Osmond's marriage to Blosil. In 2018, he embarked on a two-year church mission.

4. Jessica Blosil

Adopted daughter Jessica has worked as a police officer in Provo, Utah and worked as a counselor. In 2019, she tied the knot with her longtime girlfriend Sara.

5. Michael Blosil

Son Michael sadly committed suicide in 2010 when he was just 18 years old. He had been battling substance abuse issues and even entered rehab. On Osmond's show The Talk, she explains that her son was bullied and that she believes that was what led to his decision to end his own life.

"I've got the texts - I mean they're horrendous, and I never took action against it, but I can tell you, honestly, that I believe that that was a high component in him just feeling overwhelmed and that he didn't fit in," she said. "I never took action against the three kids."

6. Brianna Blosil

Adopted daughter Brianna has made Osmond a grandmother twice over. She has welcomed two children with her husband David Schwep — Maude Bailey-Moon and baby Mabel.

7. Abigail Blosil

Osmond's youngest child, born in 2002, is adopted daughter Abigail. She recently graduated high school during coronavirus and mom got her some toilet paper earrings to celebrate. Too soon?

8. Brandon Blosil

Adopted son Brandon was born in 1996. Now in his early 20's, you can catch glimpses of him on Instagram when mom gives him shout outs on social media.
