One creative fellow is being celebrated for the insanely sweet and thoughtful way he proposed to his now-fiance.
The lucky lady, named Shirin, not only received a handmade engagement ring, but an incredible wooden, fairy tale-themed book filled with puzzles.
Each page of the book tells a unique part of their story together. It also includes a puzzle she had to solve before she could continue to the next chapter. When she came to the last page and solved the final puzzle to reveal the ring, her boyfriend was already down on one knee ready to ask for her hand in marriage.
What's special about this intricate book is that Shirin has always had a love for fairy tales. In fact, she even created her own fairy tales for her family as a child. Now, she has a truly special one to hold onto for the rest of her life.
Keeping with the theme of their meet-cute, Shirin's fiancé told the story of Super Santa and Ms. Gingerbread, who were on a mission to find "The Perfect Fit." At the beginning of the story, neither of the characters knew what the perfect fit was. However, as the story progresses, they begin to understand that it's actually their own relationship.
Inside the book, Shirin could see snapshots of her relationship with her boyfriend. To build the story, he incorporated many of their unique adventures and memories. He even included their beloved pet Labradoodle.
The book itself is an impressive masterpiece. But what's really surprising is that Shirin didn't realize this was all a proposal until she saw her ring for the first time. Naturally, she said yes, and the couple is now ready to spend a happy, fairytale-filled life together.
