Man Arrested After Allegedly Urinating On Nashville Security Guard From Bar Balcony

The man decided to relieve himself from the second floor balcony of a bar. He has been charged with several misdemeanors.

When you gotta go, you gotta go. But you need to make sure no one's in your line of fire, so to speak. Otherwise, you'll get the same treatment as this one Nashville man. As reported by WSMV 4, he was arrested after allegedly urinating on a security guard from a bar's balcony.

21-year-old Kellen Fraile was at Barstool Nashville when he decided to relieve himself in an unorthodox way. A female employee reported that the man had exposed himself before performing the act. A poor security guard below was unfortunately allegedly a victim of his laziness.

Of course, you'd expect Fraile to be absolutely hammered - enough to do something like that, at least. Police said that he was so drunk - or in cop terms "visibly intoxicated" - that he could barely speak.

Fraile ended up being taken to Davidson County Downtown Detention Center. He was expectedly charged with public indecency and public intoxication. Both of these charges are considered misdemeanors. Jail time is on the cards for him if he's found guilty, with public intoxication carrying a maximum of 30 days. He also may have to pay hefty fines - public indecency carries a fine of $500, and public intoxication carries a fine of $50.

Strangely, This Isn't the First Time Someone Has Used a Bar Like This

But, strangely enough, this isn't the first time someone has used a bar in this manner. We reported on a similar incident back in April 2025.

A Massachusetts man was caught in a viral video relieving himself. But, unlike the balcony guy, he was doing it right there at the bar counter. The man just did it right there... with someone sitting a few seats to the left of him.

The Beverly Police Department even released a statement about the event, according to Whiskey Riff. "The other night, someone decided to turn a local drinking establishment into their personal bathroom, peeing all over the bar instead of using the restroom like a normal human being. Not only is this disgusting, but it's also incredibly disrespectful to the staff and patrons. Let's keep our local establishments a place for good times, not biohazard cleanups," they wrote.

Strangely, the Massachusetts man was never identified.
