Man Arrested For Allegedly Voting Illegally in US Elections For Decades

Mitchell was taken into custody on Saturday (October 28) for casting his vote in elections from 2000-2022, according to The Post. Mitchell, who is a permanent resident in Patterson, New Jersey, was bidding to become an American citizen, according to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). '

According to the report, Mitchell lied about being a citizen when he registered to vote in the Garden State in 2012.
