Per a report by TMZ, a Medical Examiner stated that Bryar died next to a supply of nitrous oxide. Bryar, who was a key member of MCR's rise to fame in the 2000s, was reportedly found by police 'badly decomposed' next to three large nitrous oxide canisters.
Authorities found antidepressant medication at his house. The nitrous oxide canisters reportedly had tubing attached, suggesting they were ready to use. However, the outlet stresses that the medical examination does not say the gas played a part in Bryar's death. In fact, the autopsy suggests the body was so badly decomposed that it's impossible to determine the precise cause of death.
Per the Daily Mail, the report by the Bedford County Medical Examiner reveals that significant parts of Bryar's body suffered 'animal scavenging' activity. Police also found a pair of dogs at the drummer's home when they discovered his body. The medical examination concludes the manner and cause of death are 'best classified as undetermined.'
Bryar Reportedly Left My Chemical Romance For A Career Change
Bob Bryar played the drum kit for My Chemical Romance between 2004 and 2010. Several rumors about why Bryar left the band are circulating online, although the Rolling Stones suggests he wanted a career change. Bryar reportedly continued touring behind the scenes with various bands after leaving MCR. He did this for a few years before pursuing a career in real estate. Bryar also reportedly did some work for dog rescue charities and sanctuaries.
Bob had posted several strange social media posts before his death. He even mentioned Chester Bennington from Linkin Park, who tragically took his own life in 2017. Bryar praised Emily Armstrong, Linkin Park's new lead vocalist, in his posts. "Emily Armstrong is destroying, shredding faces, and making Chester proud. She was the perfect choice. AND she had to deal with the initial hate. That shit is hard. Trust me. Word up."
