Luke Combs' "Lovin' on You" now has an official music video, and like many of Combs' songs, it's a modernized journey back to 1998.
It shows an awkward, much younger version of Combs at the roller rink birthday party of his future wife Nicole Hocking. There's also pint-sized representations of Combs bandmates Rob Williford, Tyler King, Jake Sommers, Delaney Baker, Kurt Ozan, Dustin Nunley and Neil Tankersley.
To win young Nicole the roller skates of her dreams, little Luke pours quarters and valuable party time into his favorite arcade game.
Combs, his band, Hocking and their young counterparts filmed the video near Nashville at the Brentwood Skate Center.
"As well as we know Luke, we tried to incorporate his playful and lighthearted personality into this story. With custom set design, throwback wardrobe, and hand-crafted arcade game machines, we created our own 1990's world," director Tyler Adams said in a press release. "Our style of shooting this video was based on research of legendary 90's country music videos. Our team is excited to share this story that we were so passionate about bringing to life."

"Lovin' on You" is one of four No. 1 hits off Combs' 2019 album What You See is What You Get, with the other chart-toppers being "Beer Never Broke My Heart", "Even Though I'm Leaving" and "Does to Me."
