Luke Combs Takes the 2020 CMA Stage To Perform New Song 'Cold as You'

Luke Combs hit the stage with a bang and performed his new song "Cold As You" at the 2020 CMA Awards. The song is a new addition on the deluxe version of his nominated album, What You See Ain't Always What You Get, which was released last month. Combs wrote the song along with Shane Minor, Montana, and Singleton and released it with a couple of other new additions — "Six Feet Apart," "My Kinda Folk," "Forever After All," "Without You," and "The Other Guy."

As soon as Combs started belting out his cheeky lyrics "drinking beer almost as cold as you" his wife Nicole Hocking stood up in the audience to dance along with her hubby's song. She was singing along to every word and didn't care that she was the only one standing up and dancing, it was actually quite adorable to watch her cheer him on. The couple recently tied the knot in August after being together for years. They actually have a really sweet love story that started before Combs was even famous.
