The new product announcement was shared on Lucky Charms Twitter and Instagram pages and people are already asking the number one question: Are these the real lucky charms marshmallows you find in the cereal box? I hate to be the one to tell you, but no, these are not the same dehydrated marshmallows you find in the cereal. Instead, they are light and fluffy and make a great addition to hot cocoa.
Thankfully, if you are still looking for those coveted cereal marshmallows you are in luck. Lucky charms are currently running a sweepstake where you could win 1 of 15,000 boxes of Unicorn & Rainbow Lucky Charms Marshmallow Only. Simply find a code inside specially marked boxes of Lucky Charms and enter the info at Marshmallowonly.com and see if you are a winner! There isn't a lot of information on the marshmallows as of yet. Instagramer CandyHunting shared that the new product is not in stores yet and Wide Open Eats personally reached out to Lucky Charms for more information. The brand has yet to reach back out.
