Trent Woolman, a power crane operator who appeared on season 5 of Love Island Australia, was also diagnosed with a cyst and a brain bleed following the horrific third degree burns.

"Been traumatic and the worst time of my life," Woolman admitted to The Daily Mail in an interview that dropped on Oct. 19.

Woolman told the outlet he was working solo on a paddock (a small enclosure for horses) at his sister's house in Inverleigh, Victoria, when the gruesome injury occurred. The reality TV personality, who insisted he was sober, fell into the bonfire flames. His arms were left covered in devastating burns. Eventually, he managed to make it back to his sister's house for help.

"I got stuck on the fire and got off and crawled back to the house," he told The Daily Mail.

His sister called emergency services, and the Love Island alum was airlifted to the Alfred Hospital in Melbourne.

Woolman was slated for skin grafts immediately. However, there was a major snag before he underwent the procedure. Doctors discovered Woolman had a brain bleed, which required treatment right away.

Completing a trifecta for medical procedures, doctors also discovered a cyst.

The Love Island star eventually had all three ailments taken care of, including the skin grafts for his burns.

The reality TV personality is expected to stay in the hospital to recover for another two to three weeks.

"Been in hospital for two weeks and have a couple of weeks to go," he shared.

Woolman also gave a hat tip to his sister, calling her "amazing" and "brave" for keeping her head when he showed up at her doorstep, horrifically burned.

Meanwhile, The Daily Mail shared harrowing photos of Woolman while he recovers in the hospital. One included the Love Island alum lying in a hospital bed, his face and arms completely covered in bandages.

Woolman rose to fame in Love Island Australia's 5th season. He was booted from the show on day 22.

Despite his horrific injuries and stepping back from reality TV, Woolman has an upcoming cameo on the latest season of Married At First Sight alongside his Love Island co-star, Zac Nunns.
