An alleged report has come to light of a hilarious interaction between Taylor Swift and SNL creator Lorne Michaels. It's honestly a bit of skit in itself.

According to Vulture, Lorne Michaels said that Taylor Swift had a problem with one of the SNL sketches that would make light of her "girl squad," and he didn't care one bit.
What's even funnier, is that Swift only knew about the skit because Michaels asked her to be involved as a cameo.
The story goes that after Taylor Swift was asked about the cameo, she not only refused, but called Michaels directly. She didn't take too kindly to the skit, apparently, and asked him to remove it from the episode entirely.
The skit in question was making light of her "Bad Blood" music video.
Apparently, Michaels "heard Swift out, but as he did he picked up a piece of popcorn from the basket on his desk."
"Taylor, I do not negotiate with terrorists," he said, before "tossing the kernel into the air and catching it with his mouth." He clearly didn't care one bit, and would ultimately air two SNL skits riffing Taylor Swift's "Bad Blood" music video.
It's unclear which skit of the two Swift tried to axe, but she eventually came around.

After the skit aired despite Taylor Swift's wishes, she must have saw the funny side. Michaels told the outlet that she sent him a bunch of flowers with a note, reading "I hope there's no bad blood." Brilliant.
The first sketch aired, likely the one Swift was asked to cameo on, entailed Aidy Bryant and Vanessa Bayer trapped in a post-apocalyptic world run by Swift and her girl squad. I imagined they wanted Taylor Swift to play herself in the skit, which would have been pretty funny.
SNL then aired a second skit later in the season, Tina & Amy's Dope Squad that riffed on the music video. Michaels must have taken the flowers and note as a free license to keep making fun.
This mishap didn't impede their working relations, as Swift has appeared on SNL many times since the disagreement.
