The famous rapper took to his Instagram to share a rather unserious update that demonstrates the limp half of his face. Despite his condition looking pretty serious, he makes light of it in the announcement and following updates.

In the Instagram video, he shows the limits of control he has over his face. He cannot move the right side of his face. "Soooo lost control of the right side of my face," he captioned the video.

As he demonstrates the lack of control he has over his face, he laughs in disbelief.

He took to his story to update his fans further, where he continued to jab at the situation. "Guys I am ok!! Stop being sad for me! Shake ur a-- for me instead!" he wrote to his story. This is as close as we get to understanding what's wrong with the rapper.

Partial face paralysis is typically associated with strokes or stress. Lil Nas X didn't divulge how long he is expected to remain paralyzed or if doctors have discerned why exactly he's experiencing this.

He says he's fine, however, so we can expect a recovery and no further complications.

Fans Rally Around Lil Nas X In Light Of Sudden Facial Paralysis

Seeing the shocking video, despite his laughter and light demeanor, left fans very worried about the rapper. They took to the comments to share their support for Lil Nas X.

"I love how positive you are , but get better soon," well-wished one.

"Hopefully that's not a stroke and you be careful," cautioned a third.

"Get well soon my guy!!!!" exclaimed another.

"I really hope it's temporary," pleaded a fan.

"Oh dear, I hope you recover soon!!" gushed one more.

It's funny to see everyone so concerned, when he's in the hospital bed goofing around. He has provided no update since, so may still be in the hospital. If there are no more developments, then he will likely be discharged, and will have to deal with having a paralyzed face until he recovers.

This could take months.
