"Wilson claims she was walking her beloved bulldog around 9:40 p.m. on Nov. 7, 2024, when she came across defendant Gregory Marcel and his dog Scruffy," the New York Post reports. "Scruffy approached the actress' pooch 'and stood over it in an aggressive and dominant posture,' the suit claims."
According to the filing, Natasha reportedly picked up her Frenchie. That caused Scruffy to jump on her, which in turn led to her losing hold of her own dog.
"Scruffy continued to attack, while Wilson was on the ground attempting to shield her dog with her body and hands," the lawsuit states. "During the attack Scruffy bit Wilson on the face, above her right eyebrow, causing a laceration and bleeding."
Following the attack, Natasha attended the emergency room at Cedars-Sinai, along with Scruff's owner, Marcel. The lawsuit states that the actress received stitches and was prescribed antibiotics.

According to the suit, Natasha has been advised that she will need scar revision surgery.
"Wilson was prevented from attending her usual occupation and thereby sustained a loss of earnings and an impairment of her earning capacity," the lawsuit details.
As such, Natasha is reportedly seeking "economic damages, including medical expenses, wage loss, and loss of earnings capacity," per the New York Post.
