If you were raised in West Philadelphia and spent most of your days on the playground, then odds are you've spent some time dreaming about moving into your family's multi-million dollar mansion in Bel Air. In truth, I think we all have. We blame Will Smith.

But, for the vast majority of us, the closest we ever got was watching Will Smith on the hit sitcom The Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air. Well, if you happen to have a spare $30 million lying around, that house could be yours.
The fan-favorite property is set to hit the market at the end of January, or at least that's what Josh and Matt Altman, along with Sasha Rahban, told TMZ.
The last time the property went up for sale was in 1978. However, the property isn't actually in Bel Air. Instead, it resides in Brentwood, which is one of Los Angeles' most prestigious neighborhoods. That means your neighbours will likely be superstars, and can you imagine the parties?
For now, though, the Fresh Prince house is currently being used as a filming set, with Netflix currently occupying the place. At least we know the house is being put to good use, because in the last episode of The Fresh Prince, it was looking incredibly empty.
The 'Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air' House Has a Lot To Offer, but It Doesn't Come With Will Smith
You might be wondering what $30 million can buy you in Brentwood. Well, let's start with a 10,000 square feet house. That's right, the house itself spans more than most of us could ever afford in land and property.
Once we include the grounds, you're talking about 38,510 square feet. That works out to roughly $779 per square foot of land in Brentwood. A little steep, but in truth, it's actually quite reasonable. Put us down for four feet; that should be enough for a sleeping bag.
The house boasts six bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms. As you saw in the TV show, there's a wide open lounge and a stunning kitchen. And, unless Jazz is still living, hiding in there, the pool house should also be a big attraction.
It's unlikely that the Fresh Prince house will remain on the market for long. But for most millennials, the hope will be that it remains well looked after and makes the occasional cameo on TV.
