Watch Lauren Duski Perform Billy Dean's 'Somewhere in My Broken Heart' on 'The Voice'

Once again, Team Blake contestant Lauren Duski dusts off a 90s country hit for this week's battle on The Voice. This time, she took on Billy Dean's heartfelt hit from 1990, "Somewhere in My Broken Heart."

If you've already heard the original tune, you know it's meant to be a slow-burning, tear-jerking ballad. Duski kept that feel and did an impeccable job of hitting the more challenging notes. It's another solid performance that should land her in the finals.

Of course, reality television fans can be fickle. Sometimes, solid but understated performances aren't enough to gain boatloads of votes. Hopefully, fans did their part to keep her safe through the next round. Even coach Blake Shelton noted her as a true "star." And that's a big deal.
