Though no amount of money could cure the pain families of victims have endured since the Route 91 shooting, a GoFundMe campaign called the Las Vegas Victims Fund was started to help ease finanical worry. Over $31.5 million was raised.
The 58 families of those who died during the shooting and the additional 10 people who suffered extreme injuries like brain damage and paralysis will each receive $275,000.
The 147 people who were hospitalized will receive a check as well, since $10 million of the fund has been allocated to them. The amount will depend on the time spent in the hospital. A full breakdown of how the funding is distributed can be found here.

Overall, 532 victims will get a check from the Las Vegas Victims Fund in the hope that it will bring even a tiny inkling of relief their way. "In no way can it replace someone's life," said Al Etcheber, a family member of a victim told Billboard. "Still, it is a real nice way to help families who lost someone they loved."
The campaign was funded by over 90,000 donations from tourism and gambling businesses, a benefit concert, individuals, and even a group of high school students and staff in Henderson who managed to raise $66,000 for the cause.
