Yes, baby lambs are already outrageously adorable in their natural state. However, you may not be prepared for just how cute these little creatures can be when they're sporting their own custom-knit sweaters for the winter.
The group of lambs that call England's Avon Valley Adventure and Wildlife Park home got a special surprise when an anonymous package landed on their doorstep earlier this week. Inside the box were eight brightly-colored sweaters, or jumpers, as they call them in the U.K.
Since the lambs had just been born, the gift was both fashionable and practical. When they're young, lambs are very susceptible to cold temperatures.
"The main priority for lambs in the first few days, when they are at their most vulnerable, is survival," Park manager Doug Douglas explained to Metro. "The plastic jackets that we put on them I admit are not great to look at but ultimately increase their survival by up to 50%."
Not only do these tiny lambs look their best, but they now have an even higher chance at a long and happy life. Park officials hope that one day they can identify the anonymous donor and thank them for their sweet and thoughtful gift.
