Lady Antebellum will take a hiatus once they've completed their current Wheels Up Tour.
If you're a Lady A fan, the news that they'll soon be taking a break may be pretty heartbreaking, but fear not, that news doesn't come with a split. The band intends to come back post hiatus.
Member Hillary Scott caught up with E! Online to talk more about the band's break from the limelight.
"We've just made so many albums in such a short period of time, and we're proud of them, and what we've done in our career, and what we've said with them--but we've never given ourselves the gift of time." Scott said. "So, that's what this next season is for us, spending time with our families, and really relishing in this successful year for us, and focusing on where we're headed next."
The band's hiatus will give each member some much needed time at home. Since the band launched in 2006, all three members have tied the knot. Charles Kelley's wife is expecting the couple's first baby boy. Now the group will be able to catch up with friends and family while they continue to craft their songwriting for their next project.
For fans, there's still some time to catch the trio on tour. Their last official live performance will be in Las Vegas at the Route 91 Harvest Festival on Oct. 3. For a complete list of Lady Antebellum tour dates, click here.
