Leah Remini is moving from Queens to Beverly Hills.

The actress, best known for her role as Carrie Heffernan on The King of Queens, confirmed on social media that she will be part of the 16th season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
"It's true," she wrote in the caption.
Leah Remini Isn't the Only Addition to the Cast
Variety reported that Remini will be a full-time cast member on the Bravo reality show.
Tracy Tutor, the real estate agent from Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles, shared last week that she will also be part of the show. She and Remini are joining returning cast members Kyle Richards, Erika "Jayne" Girardi, Dorit Kemsley, Bozoma Saint John, Rachel Zoe, and Sutton Stracke.
Meanwhile, Kathy Hilton and Jennifer Tilly are also coming back to the show as "friends" of the cast. However, Amanda Frances, who joined the show last season, will not be coming back.
"The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" Has Already Started Filming
The latest season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills has already started filming, but without Remini and Tutor. Kemsley, Richards, Tilly, and Stracke were among the guests at Saint John's wedding to Keely Watson in Ghana last week.
Remini will begin filming the show later this week. She is now part of the most-watched edition of the Real Housewives franchise.
Remini starred on The King of Queens opposite Kevin James for nine seasons. She also appeared in the film Old School and briefly starred on the hit NBC comedy series Saved By the Bell.
Nowadays, the 56-year-old actress is better known as an anti-cult advocate. She left the Church of Scientology and detailed her time in the organization in her memoir Troublemaker: Surviving Hollywood and Scientology. She then co-hosted the show Leah Remini: Scientology and the Aftermath for two seasons. The show won two Primetime Emmys.
The actress has also been a regular guest on Bravo's Watch What Happens Live.
