Kid Rock fired yet another missive in the direction of California Governor Gavin Newsom over the weekend on social media.

It's the latest chapter in the war of words between the possible 2028 presidential candidate and the "All Summer Long" singer.

What Did Kid Rock Say to Gavin Newsom This Time?

Kid Rock has a home in Tennessee known as the "Southern White House." It's a replica of the actual presidential residence in Washington, D.C.

It features a gold-plated commode, a huge American flag, a miniature Statue of Liberty, and an infinity pool.

However, it's so exclusive that not even his friend Uncle Kracker can go inside when he comes to visit.

However, people still try to visit. Kid Rock posted footage of a military helicopter hovering over his estate near the pool, tagging Newsom in the message.

"This is a level of respect that s*** for brains Governor of California will never know," the singer wrote in the caption. "God Bless America and all those who have made the ultimate sacrifice to defend her."

Singer and Newsom Have Beef

Back in August, Newsom posted an AI-generated pic of Kid Rock endorsing Newsom. Kid Rock fired back with a strong insult.

"The only support Gavin Newscum will ever get out of me is from DEEZ NUTZ," he wrote.

The exchanges continued in September. After Jimmy Kimmel was suspended from his late-night talk show for a week, Newsom directed another insult at Kid Rock.

He wrote, "BECAUSE OF HIS HORRIFIC MUSIC, CALIFORNIA WILL INDEFINITELY SUSPEND KID ROCK FROM PERFORMING IN THE GOLDEN STATE. YOU'RE WELCOME! - GCN"

Of course, Newsom is just trolling the singer. Nevertheless, there have been moments when Kid Rock hasn't taken a joke well.

For example, during the Oscars, host Conan O'Brien said, "Tonight could get political, and if that makes you uncomfortable, there's an alternate Oscars being hosted by Kid Rock. It's at the Dave & Buster's down the street. Lotta tickets for that."

Kid Rock replied by saying he wasn't thrilled with the insult.

He wrote, "I love a good joke, even when I am the butt of it... Unfortunately, this was not a very good one."

It's unclear if Kid Rock was actually insulted or simply using the moment to plug his upcoming Freedom 250 Tour.
