Kid Rock Has This One Mandatory Weird Post-Show Ritual For His Band

Kid Rock might seem like he is all fun and games, but he has a serious side, at least when it comes to performing. Ella Langley shares that her roommate was on tour with him, revealing the one thing Kid Rock makes everyone in his band do as soon as they get off stage.

"My roommate, Trey Lewis, he was on tour with Kid for like a year," Langley reveals on With Bev Rainey. "He said that he goes back in his green room. He records his whole show. Goes back in his green room, and then makes him and his band watch the tape immediately afterwards. And they go through their show, just like a football game."

Kid Rock has been a vocal supporter of President Trump, but he doesn't expect his band to follow suit. In fact, in spite of his outspoken political beliefs, the 54-year-old says some of his band members disagree with him - and he doesn't care.

"I mean, my whole business is Democrats," Kid Rock tells Bill Maher. "I mean, so to speak. Not my whole business. I live in Nashville now, but that's the world I've operated in for years and years."

"I mean, half my band's, liberal, gay, or black ... And it's like, we have one of the most diverse bands out there," he continues. "Not because of any of this DEI s--t. Just because they're the best at what they do, and we all love each other and get along."

What Kid Rock Really Believes About Politics

Kid Rock fortunately doesn't surround himself with people just like himself. But he does have very strong political beliefs, using his notoriety and fame to share them with the world. After Trump was elected as President of the United States, Kid Rock offered a surprising heartfelt response to those who did not vote for Trump.

"We must remember that most of our left-leaning friends are good people who want the same things in life as we do, but simply think differently on how to get there," he said at the time.

Kid Rock also spoke out after his Nashville bar was reportedly closed amid threats of an immigration raid.

"I 100% support getting illegal criminals out of our country no matter where they are," he posted on social media, claiming he had no idea his bar was closing. "I also like President Trump want to speed up the process of getting GREAT immigrants into our country - LEGALLY!"
