Kelly Clarkson's $8.75 Million Tennessee Home is Still For Sale

For over a year now, American Idol-winning singer turned daytime talk show host Kelly Clarkson's $8.75 million mansion in Hendersonville, Tennessee has been for sale.

"At that price range, it's [still] a fresh listing," listing agent Jack Miller told Realtor.com, adding that multimillion dollar luxury homes in this area can take years to sell.

The 20,000-square-foot waterfront estate includes an exquisite master suite, six additional bedrooms, eight full bathrooms and three half baths, a movie theater, a kids room with built-in bunkbeds and a "cowboy bar" with horse saddle bar stools. The waterfront real estate also includes a swimming pool, sand volleyball court and private dock.

"When you come in the front door, it's elegant, it's breathtaking," Miller said, as quoted by Country Living. "But then when you come through the formal spaces, it transitions quickly and comfortably to a very livable but still very upscale space. All the rooms are large but not museum-like."
