Kellie Pickler and the Grand Ole Opry have come together to bring country music fans a new line of hand picked home goods.
The country singer and the Opry have partnered to curate a collection of home goods, inspired by her tough and independent great grandmother, Selma Drye. On the Official Grand Ole Opry website, the collection is described as bringing “Southern sensibility and style together for a vibrant home goods line…”
The collection, aptly named “Selma Drye by Kellie Pickler”, includes photo frames, furniture pieces, candles, kitchen accessories and more. Each item is hand selected by Kellie with her great-grandmother in mind.
Pickler fans will already be familiar with the infamous Selma Drye. Kellie wrote an homage to her on her most recent album, The Woman I Am. According to the lyrics, Drye always kept a .38 Special in her apron, just “in case something came up.”
When it came to her home, “My great-grandmother had a simple, loving touch that made her house a home like no other. It’s really nice being able to take things I know she would have loved and create a line inspired by her.” Kellie said in an interview at the launch party for the collection.
If you’re ready to buy, the collection is already available online at the Opry.com and in their Nashville storefront.
