It's never too early to start thinking about your holiday plans. Now, Keith Urban is giving fans a very good reason to spend their New Year's Eve in Nashville.
The country star will headline the city's free New Year's Eve concert. He'll perform alongside A Thousand Horses, Charlie Worsham, classic rock band Styx, local indie prog-rockers Moon Taxi and the Fisk Jubilee Singers.
"What could be better than New Year's Eve in downtown Nashville," Urban said in a press release. "It's an awesome way to ring in 2017, and I can't wait for the party!"
This year, the massive event will move from Lower Broadway to Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park to help control crowd size and allow extra security measures. Last year, over 150,000 revelers attended the music-filled celebration. Over the years, major country artists including Chris Stapleton, Brett Eldredge and Lady Antebellum have also played the event.
If you're planning on attending, make sure you get there as early as possible. Prime viewing spots are usually taken up by the early afternoon. And you'll definitely want to be as close as possible for a concert this incredible.
