‘Joey + Rory Show’ Marathon Set to Air on Thanksgiving Day

In honor of Joey Feek and her heartbreaking battle against terminal cervical cancer, a marathon of The Joey + Rory Show will be simulcast through television and radio on Thanksgiving Day.

To Joey + Rory With Love will begin at 9AM ET on Thursday, and will feature 10 episodes selected from the three previous seasons of The Joey + Rory Show. The 5-hour event will be broadcast on RFD-TV and SiriusXM’s Rural Radio channel.

At 7:30PM ET, RFD-TV will also air a special broadcast filled with messages of hope and support for Joey Feek. Dolly Parton and Reba McEntire are just two of the country stars who will be featured during the broadcast. Fans of Joey + Rory can also send in their prayers and well wishes to be shown during the special on RFD-TV.

Just yesterday, Rory announced that their new album, Hymns That Are Important to Us, will be released on Feb. 14. A portion of the proceeds raised from the project, which Rory describes as the one Joey “always wanted to make, filled with the hymns she grew up with,” will benefit the Loeys-Dietz Syndrome Foundation. The decision was made to honor Scout, the best friend of Feek’s daughter Indiana, who has been diagnosed with the syndrome.
