I don't think Joe Biden needed a physical evaluation for the whole world to tell him he was on death's door. We all watched his last term as president live. He's gone ahead with one, anyway, and the results are pretty much what we all expected.

However, it isn't senility that Biden has been diagnosed with. Instead, during a routine prostate exam, a nodule was found. According to a spokesperson, the findings "necessitated further evaluation." The man is 82, and at much higher risk of prostate concerns than a younger person.
In this case, especially with someone of Bidens age, any kind of prostate health concern needs to be investigated. Prostate cancer is incredibly common in men, with 60% of men over 65 having an incidence. So, Joe Biden will have to undergo a few more tests to check the issue with his health.
These will include a biopsy, MRI and other scans.

Besides the Vatican, only the US obsessively hires leaders who would be considered decades past retirement age in any other field. This results in common serious health worries when it comes to whatever leader of the 'Free World' is on the throne. But Joe Biden was another level.
During his time as POTUS, Joe Biden had us holding our breath every time he appeared on camera. If he wasn't stumbling up steps, or being guided off stages, he was mumbling incoherently about god knows what. It was hard to see, as it always is, when an old person starts to slip.
But, Joe Biden is old, and 82 is a pretty respectable age to reach in any health. At that age, I hardly expect to be doing much more than sitting in my beach house, drinking tall, cold beverages, and telling my 150 grandchildren my exploits. Leading a country at 82 is beyond the pale.
Joe Biden isn't tapping out just yet, it seems. He has just experienced a very common concern with men his age. I am sure, with his $10,000,000 net worth, he will be able to afford at least mid range US healthcare.
