The They Don't Know tour will promote Aldean's most recent release, They Don't Know. The album came out in September 2016, and the tour will see Aldean tour with additional support from Chris Young and Kane Brown in 2017. Dee Jay Silver will also be on board for legs of the tour.
It's a festival-heavy tour lineup this time around for Aldean. The "Lights Come On" singer will stop at Carolina Country Fest, Country Jam, and Taste of Country Fest in June alone. Other festival stops include Country Thunder in Twin Lakes, Wis. on July 23 and Cheyenne Frontier Day in Cheyenne, Wyo. on July 29, 2017.
Aldean seems excited to hit the road, after expressing his excitement in a press release. "It only takes a couple of weeks off the road before I get that itch, and I'm already feeling it."
All in all, the tour looks like it'll be one of Aldean's biggest yet, as he went on to explain just how big a production the tour will be. "We're going to be spending some time switching the production up to be bigger and louder than anything we've ever done. It'll be cool to have Chris back out with us, and Kane is the right guy to get the fans riled up."
While the tour announcement dropped today (Jan. 13, 2017), Aldean won't hit the road until April 27, 2017 in Toledo, Ohio. From there, Aldean will make 30-plus stops throughout the United States, as well as a single stop in Canada. Most of the non-festival tour dates are yet to announce.
Ticket sales for a handful of stops on the They Don't Know tour will go on sale Jan. 20, 2017, at 8:30 a.m. on Ticketmaster.
