Jason Aldean to Perform in Las Vegas for the First Time Since Route 91 at ACM Awards

Jason Aldean will take the stage to perform at the 2018 ACM Awards, marking the first time he'll perform in Las Vegas since the Route 91 Harvest Festival shooting.

Although Aldean returned to Vegas shortly after the shooting that killed 58 concertgoers and injured over 500 more, he has not had another live show in the city since the attack. It is unclear if his performance will be a part of any tribute or remembrance related to the shooting.

Some survivors of the Route 91 attack have reached out to Jason Aldean with the hopes that he will return to finish his headlining set that was cut short by gunfire.

So far, the ACM Awards haven't released any information about how or if they will choose to have a segment dedicated to Route 91 victims during the awards broadcast. The 2018 CMA Awards and 2018 Grammy Awards both included musical tributes to the shooting victims.
