Jason Aldean Introduced Trump at a Rally Then Got Roasted About His Marriage

Jason Aldean and Trump are known for being good friends... and of course, Trump had to poke a bit of fun at the country star!

If Trump is known for one thing, it's that he speaks his mind... no matter who's listening. And if that's true for people he doesn't know all that well - it's got to be true for his friends, too!

In case you didn't know, Jason Aldean is quite good friends with the President, per Taste of Country. The country star has had a good relationship with Trump for a long while now.

And the latest in their friendship came in the form of a political rally in Perry, Georgia. Jason Aldean, alongside his wife, Brittany, were there to introduce the crowd to the President.

Pictures show the three meeting on the tarmac prior to the event, shaking hands and chatting. Aldean, in typical country fashion, was sporting a fashionable red leather jacket, sunglasses, and his iconic hat.

Trump Roasted the Country Star

But Trump took a break from his speech to mention Jason Aldean - and it was quite the hilarious roast. Around 17 minutes into the speech, after he'd talked Venezuela and Greenland, amongst other things, he turned his attention to the country star.

"Do you think Jason Aldean would have a wife as beautiful as his wife if he couldn't sing?", Trump asked the crowd, looking over at the pair. "I don't think so."

"Isn't it nice to be able to sing, Jason? And look at her, she's so in love with you." I bet you're probably thinking by now, "Where's the roast?".

And, in classic Trump fashion, what he said next was without any filter at all... "The day you stop selling records, she's gone, so you better work!"

Of course, the whole thing was in jest - they're good friends above anything else. After all, he was there to introduce him, so they have to have a good relationship! And that's exactly how Trump ended the whole thing - by saying, "They're my friends!"

And they are - Jason Aldean has previously opened up about the types of things the pair talk about on the phone. And it's what you'd expect - golf, rather than politics, true friend stuff. What a relationship they've got!
