Jason Aldean gave one of his tour openers an unbelievably lavish gift. Corey Kent served as the opening act on Aldean's 2023 Highway Desperado Tour. Kent is still in awe of the extravagant gift he now has, thanks to Aldean.

"This is gonna make me seem bougie," Kent admits to Taste of Country Nights, before revealing the expensive gift. "He got me a Rolex."
Turns out, Aldean was just passing on to Kent what someone had done for Aldean, when Aldean was just getting started.
"He was like, 'Garth Brooks did this for me when I went on my first big tour — he got me a Rolex, and I still have it to this day,'" Kent recalls.
The gift, in the thousands upon thousands of dollars, stayed in Kent's safe for a while, until he realized it wasn't meant to be locked away.
"'This is dumb,'" he remembers thinking. "'This is an awesome watch and I'm gonna let it spend its life in a safe?' So then I started wearing it and I was like, 'I'm just gonna start wearing this as much as I can.'"

Aldean has himself been both the giver and the recipient of some pretty remarkable gifts. But his coolest was when he wrapped up his time touring with Kenny Chesney.
"Chesney gave me a Can-Am Spyder," Aldean tells Taste of Country Nights.
Tim McGraw also gave Aldean something he will never forget, which was also practical.
"A watch and some cash," Aldean shares. "Which was really cool at the time, because I really could use the cash more than I could anything back then."
The Rolex Aldean gave to Kent is memorable, but it isn't Aldean's favorite gift he gave away. That distinction goes to Luke Bryan, when Aldean invited Bryan out on the road with him.
"I'd say the best gift I ever gave somebody is when Luke was out with me. It was kind of the year he blew up," Aldean says. "And I got him a bass boat at the end of the tour."
Aldean is currently on his Full Throttle Tour, which wraps in early October. That means Nate Smith, RaeLynn and Dee Jay Silver, should be expecting something nice this fall. Aldean is also putting the finishing touches on his next album.
